For our hosting products, automatic backup service runs once a day at random times and only up to 3 days of backups are kept. The terms of our backup policy may vary depending on the type of hosting account and service and the automatic backup service may not apply to your hosting plan.

ALL backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for their own backups and web content and should make their own backups for extra protection.

Requests for Nucleus to help with restoring data form backups will be provided at service charge of $75 per request.
